Theo's Granny:

What does the sorghum grain taste like - the kind you prepare like rice?

I'd love to try this - although my kids don't have an issue with regular

rice, I'd be interested in knowing what the sorghum is like. I also buy

my sorghum flour from Twin Valley Mills and have been very pleased with

this product.

Thanks for your help.

It's a little nutty, I think. I can't eat rice and no longer really

remember what it is like. It's chewier, takes less to fill up.

Because it takes so long to cook, we cook it when we have time and

refrigerate it for later. Microwaves great. Hope that helps!
