I will disagree with you. Altho the opening page does indicate that

this list is " unmoderated and unrestricted " , if you scan thru the

members list, you will find at least one owner and one moderator,

because I just did. And in fact I am aware of at least one time when

the owner/moderator did in fact delete messages which this person

believed were not appropriate for this forum.

It may be true that messages are not " moderated " before they appear in

the list, however this list is in fact " moderated " in the sense that

messages can be reviewed and/or deleted after they appear, and there

is at least one person identified as " moderator " , as well as at least

one identified as " owner " , in the member list. Therefore, it is my

belief that this list actually is moderated, despite what the opening

page indicates, altho you are free to disagree with my definition

here. However, moderation is probably a good thing, because lists

which do not have an owner and/or moderator, things can get very nasty

without the availability of deleting messages which are offensive.

My message here is again off-topic, so I do expect that it will also

be deleted, as it is not in keeping with the " rules " . Perhaps I

will even be removed from membership in this forum, for blatant rules

violation, and I do not understand social nuances and things altho I

do try, so I cannot say that I would blame the owner/moderator for

removing my membership. But I did interpret your message here as a

direct reply to my own message, even if you did not post it as a

reply, and I do not like when I am directly challenged with

information which I do not believe to be correct.
