Guest guest
The thing is you really need to know why she needs to be on the diet. If celiac you can't cheat...period. If gluten sensitive, depending on the severity of the sensitivity, same thing. Milk, who knows but at least it gets out of the system faster. We don't do enzymes. Based on the mold discussion we won't be doing them as that is my issue and likely both of my kids based on stuff we have seen. Genetic testing would be a good idea. Latly, we have a fluoride problem and I likely have a metal issue so you do have to realize everyone is different. > > My daughter is GFCF-Egg Free. Guest guest
Enzymes could reduce or mask the response if there is one. > > My daughter is GFCF-Egg Free. Guest guest
Understand something, if it is truly an allergen there is a lot you may not see and some things you may see but not realize are related. Allergies are not just about the gut and brain. The nervous system, hair growth, kidneys, and liver can be involved. Not trying to make you paranoidd, just encouraging you to investigate why the diet helps. > > My daughter is GFCF-Egg Free. She has no outward or visible gut > reaction to a small cheat. Guest guest
She had a urine peptides test for casein and gluten and she showed the ability to break down these proteins/peptides. However, she has an IgG allergy to milk and and IgE allergy to gluten and eggs. It is unknown at this time whether the IgE allergies are showing up because of serious gut dysbiosis (which we are addressing) and/or metal toxicity (which we are waiting to address after we get somewhere in healing her gut and dealing with thyroid problems). We revisit our DAN mid-February. Thanks for your help with this, I really appreciate it. > > > > My daughter is GFCF-Egg Free. She has no outward or visible gut > > reaction to a small cheat.
