Hi , we buy Organic French Fries, hash browns and potato spuds (tater

tots) at my HFS. The brand is Cascadian Farms, and they are definetly

GFCF. My son is allergic to soy so I have to buy these as most store

ones are made in soybean oil. These are with safflower oil. They have a

TRACE of citric acid in them, have no idea if that is from corn as I

didn't need to know about corn when I called. They are great and go

right in the toaster oven. You can broil them or deep fry them too.

I am learning to always read packages each time I purchase things because

who knows if the manufacturers change their processes.

As of April 27th. these are GFCF.

,

OreIda products are cooked in soybean oil, or am I wrong? Also Oreida

products you mentioned are GFCF but Oreida cannot declare no cross

contamination. I have a letter here somewhere from them, (I am now much

more organized with papers. When I first started I didn't realize the

involment, now I keep a notebook and try and document everything and have

all papers and recipes, etc in a looseleafbinder).
