Can you tell me where I can find flaxseed oil and what form is in

it? i.e. pill, drop? I am totally clueless about this, so obviously

the answer is " No, I don't take any! " Thanks so much for your help.

I get mine in the health food section of the grocery or whole foods store -

in the refrigerator. Healthfood or supplement stores usually sell it too. I

don't think GNC has it.
