Guest guest
Does anyone have any suggestions for travelling? We are flying to another state on Thursday, staying at a cheapo hotel that night (no kitchen, probably no access to refridgeration.) On Friday and Saturday, we are staying at a low budget resort-type place that serves family style meals. I called and got the menu, and most of it is forbidden. They can't change their menu at all (i.e. not buttering some of the vegetables), but they will allow us access to their refrigerator. I've ordered fruit plates for the flights. (Midwest Express doesn't do gluten-free meals, but does offer fruit plates. It sounded like our best option.) Does anyone have any other suggestions? We use darifree so we are going to take that with us for use once we have access to a refrigerator. We are going to take lots of juice boxes and gluten-free snacks and goodies. But for his real food, I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone have any good ideas for things that travel well? (We are GFCF and soy-free.) Thanks! Guest guest
I am just starting this process so forgive me if these are forbidden, but have you thought about dehydrated veges and fruits? They taste pretty good. Also, what about dried beef?
