Guest guest
* Kool-aid is avoided here due to artificial colors (see page 90 of " Special Diets for Special Kids " - foods you CAN NOT eat on a GFCF diet and she lists artificial colors. Capri sun has those little pouches - no artificial colors or preservatives and they are GFCF. Just call the company to make sure on whatever flavor you get - strawberry, orange and strawberry-kiwi are GFCF. Tropicana calcium is GFCF and that gives some added calcium into the diet, If you have a Trader Joes by you they have alot of GF beverages with no dyes etc. and then just check on the CF of the item. on Long Island New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
