Hi Shamez, the best way to start this diet is to take it slowly.

Eliminate the casein first, then work on the gluten. Has your son been

allergy tested to see if he has any allergies to soy, rice or potatoes?

Your milk replacement will be with a product made from one of these. My

son is allergic to both rice and soy so he drinks Dari=free which is a

potato based milk replacement. First start with replacing your milk,

margarine, cheese , etc. but I would have allergy tests run, if not

already done so, to make sure that you won't be giving your son products

that his body has a problem with, thus not allowing the GFCF diet to work

properly.

Make this your first step and once that is all established then work on

the gluten. My son is on the diet for 1 year and 1 month and doing very

well.

Thanks . We will have Sam tested for Rice and Soy and Potato.

Did you do an allergy skin test or some other kind of testing?

Shamez.
