My answer is to mix it with banana yogurt. Stonyfield makes a lowfat called " Banilla " that's banana and vanilla. In some towns it will only be carried in the health food store, but our regular grocery store carries it here, too. The combination of rich texture and the banana taste camouflage the flaxseed oil pretty well (sounds like a commercial). Plus it helps with absorption to the oil with a bit of protein. I'm still glad it's not cod liver oil or worse! Best wishes, Hi, I hope everyone is doing good and has a safe halloweeen. I was wondering if anybody has any good suggestions to mix this flaxseed oil with so I can get it down and keep it down? I told my self that I was taking it every day no matter what the taste, I'm having a little problem sticking to my word.
