Guest guest Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 My daughter is GFCF-Egg Free. She has no outward or visible gut reaction to a small cheat. She has TriEnza enzymes with every meal. How bad is a small cheat on the diet? Do a couple of teaspoons of one of these items really set her back as we try to recover?
