Guest guest
Hello, Jen M. My mercury levels,if they are high, are probably the result of my dentist changing out my silver fillings that have mercury in them to white composites, over the years, without following the proper procedure to remove them. I have always disliked fish and had to force myself to eat it before I got Grave's. Now, I don't eat fish, at all, because the mercury and iodine levels may be too high. (Suits me. LOL)

While my husband always took substantially larger servings, his mercury level is normal. Though it doesn't look like fish was the source, we don't eat any fish now. Guest guest
Hi PamB: NIce to see your posting about mercury. This is something I would also like to have tested, as I eat fresh fish at least 5 nights a week. To make things worst, I have canned tuna a couple of times a week for a lunch snack. I guess my decision 15 years ago to eliminate all red meat and most chicken or turkey *might* have resulted in a less balanced diet (?). Does anyone know the best way to get tested for possible mercury toxicity? Best, Ron > Has anyone been tested for mercury toxicity?
