Guest guest
Lis, I buy my Sorghum in 25# buckets from www.twinvalleymills.com . They are very very nice and great to work with. They mill there flour as the orders come in. They have recipes on their site and how to order. Check it out. Guest guest
Sorry I asked twice: >How do we order the bulk sorghum flour? >Where can we order this bulk flour? I typed in my question and it disappeared, so I re-typed and both went out. >Go to www.bobsredmill.com and you should be able to place an order through >their web site. I just joined a coop and I " m going to try to order it in >bulk through that. I did order 2 bags of the flour through them but that is >more expensive than in bulk. Let me say again that I am loving this flour! >) Hey, I wonder if you could order it in bulk through your hfs? Take >care, H Thanks for the tip, ! My hfs has been " unable to find " sorghum flour for several months now. I don't think they're looking too hard if this place has it, as they carry other bobsredmill products. They were able to find potato starch flour for me in a 50# bag . . . so now I pay $1.80/# instead of $3.69/# off the shelf. I'll try to order it myself, as I'd rather not pay my hfs a percentage to place the order for me ;-). Lis
Guest guest
I find sorghum flour very easy to exchange for wheat flour. I use it for thickening in gravies, mac and " cheese " and also in all my baking. I just mix it with some corn or potato starch and some tapioca starch and I can make most recipes from a regular cook book. Lolita (I'm in Indiana) >What's better about this flour than others?
