Tomatoes are high in potassium. I don't know about the milk..we drink

Pacific rice milk here. I'm having the same trouble with the bread. The

girls will eat store bought bread...but nothing I've baked so far! Dang if

the bread isn't the hardest part of this diet! Here's the bread they like

(but it has yeast)...Food for Life wheat and gluten free white rice bread.

Oops...you're avoiding rice. Hummmm I don't know. Good luck! H

EnerG makes a tapioca bread. Kinnickkinnik has a line of Alta gfcf

breads & other baked goodies . Shipping is $10 this month on orders

up to $200.00. The Gfcfrecipes group has lots of help for finding

the right bread recipe and supporting you through the trauma of

baking. There is a bean flour blend that some listmates love & say

work well for bread. I stick to muffins and miniloaves - far more

successful for me than a regular size loaf.
