Guest guest
We've been toying with the idea of going CF and maybe GFCF but not sure how it would impact us, if at all. I love to research things before jumping in and failing because I don't know what I don't know. So, are any of you or your families CF or GFCF?I did a quick glance through our pantry and fridge and see almost nothing that has casein in it, including our milk and cheese. Am I missing something when I am looking at the ingredients list? Without spending money for a 'packet', are there any online resources that list hints and food guides for someone who is just looking into it. We keep hearing that CF or GFCF is great for kids with autism symptoms and Trysten has severe Apraxia which can exhibit similar symptoms to autism, at least from what we see with him. He's been tested for Aspergers and so far no diagnose for it. | TTFN, | Angi | Mommy to Trysten (5/03) Mommy to Devlyn (8/04) Wife to Tim | - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - | http://www.timandangi.com http://www.designsbyangi.com | http://www.cierragroup.com http://www.lelahosting.com | YIM: amboutwe AIM: amboutwe22 | - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - | My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to, | your dreams stay big, your worries stay small, | You never need to carry more than you can hold, | and while you're out there getting where you're getting to, | I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too, | Yeah, this, is my wish. | - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
