Ok !!now y'all got me really curious about this flour!!! How close

the taste to the real thing? loves bread, but the last one I

made-Under one of your suggestions guys!!- did came out OK [but went

down in the middle:-)don't know why?]but still doesn't go for it

much. He use to love whole wheat bread and I am trying to duplicate

if possible...So how does it work? And what proportions of other

flours added to it, if & when so, do any of you use? Can I use

millet? I tried to modify one of my millet regular bread recipes and

it was horrible?!?!

Also, I didn't want to buy a bread maker. Is there some particular

brand of bread pans y'all use? like the insulated kind or something

different?

And post one more recipe with it, that I can easy try....Pleeeeease?

Thanx a zillion!! Cristina-WA
