Guest guest
I woke up Tuesday morning with an awful pain across my chest and also across my shoulders. I also had a fever just under 102. (That's high for me, since my normal has always been 97.6.) The pain eventually subsided & I slept literally all day and through the evening. I'm now up for about an hour because I need to get out of the bed for a bit. Anyway...my eyes...they Look Perfect!! Tonight I do not have any bulging, I don't have any inflamation & I don't have any cross-eyed condition. I want some feedback, please. **Since I have never given myself enough sleep or rest for 30+ years...is it " possible " that if I made habit changes that included a lot more sleep & rest...that I could get over TED? Note...with this flu, I didn't even take any PTU for 20 hours. Also, no flax oil, and no supplements. Just lots of water, cranberry juice & 2 apples. (I did take a PTU a few minutes ago...but it was not because my body felt like it needed the ATD.) Any thoughts? Thanks, Ron
