Hi Sandy, I don't think it's weird at all - I've been cleared for dust,

fleas, pollen, chemicals that act as estrogens... and lots of food allergies

- all allergies are problems with our immune system perceiving normal things

as bad - which is pretty much what the autoimmune disease(s) we have are too

- just like how our body thinks our thyroid is bad and is attacking it - or

our eyes or whatever - basically our immune system is in overdrive and are

crazed and just going nuts on whatever it wants - our body parts, foods we

eat, things we inhale or that pass through our skin...

And yeah, I hate traveling and not being able to eat the foods I know make

me feel good and having to eat foods that make me feel bad *or* starve.

Basically if I can find a way to have my smoothie every day or almost every

day, I can work with the rest of the meals - plus it gets better as you heal

- at least for me and all my allergy clearing - I'm always finding that I

can tolerate more and more foods without bad reactions.

-Hello Pam, I haven't been here in a while. My store on the net keeps

me pretty busy. The funny thing is I didn't have any symptoms to the

trees but the rapid heart beat. I would have never known I was

allergic if I didn't have the test on the back about 2 weeks prior. I

am doing okay but I still feel so tired all the time. I think it was

you who mentioned the Vitsana vitamins once. Where do you get them? I

have been very careful using anything but food but think I may need

vitamins now. Thanks for any help. Sandy

Sandy,

There are a bunch of studies I saw long ago concerning one particular Cedar

tree allergy that they think causes people the final trigger into Graves'.

It was in Japan.

Obviously they needed other triggers besides.

-Pam L - who also feels pain on my forehead from trying to explain iodine

really does make the difference. Sheesh.
