Guest guest Posted September 19, 2004 Report Share Posted September 19, 2004 hey jodi!!! i am doing the flex, it is easier for me with trying to get christopher to eat high cal stuff. last week i made a chocolate cake and i made sure i had the points each night to have my 1/16th of a piece!!! and i still lost the 3lbs plus it actually showed me how much of a " hog " iwas being at times because it was actually a pretty decent size piece of cake but normal my piece would have been 2-3x bigger!!!!!! jodie c. > Jodie, > > Are you doing the Flex plan or the Core plan?
