Hi, I hope everyone is doing good and has a safe halloweeen.

I was wondering if anybody has any good suggestions to mix this

flaxseed oil with so I can get it down and keep it down? I told my

self that I was taking it every day no matter what the taste, I'm

having a little problem sticking to my word.
