Guest guest
Just a thought - check to make sure you have the Vans waffles that say Wheat Free in the title. Van's also makes a bunch of waffles that are not GFCF In a message dated 6/6/2001 5:20:08 PM Eastern Daylight Time, Link-Fam@... writes: << , How 'bout the possibility of cross-contam? Red cheeks, hyper, violent, aggressive, touch sensitive, refuses to obey. What could it be in the waffle that he is reacting too? I don't see any questionable ingredients. > , How 'bout the possibility of cross-contam? Did you toast them in a toaster that you use for traditional bread? How about butter, syrup? Anything there? I think they have a wheat free and a gluten free.........geeze, you would think they would just make 'em all gluten free......just dreaming. Guest guest
At least your son eats them. Mine I tried them with sorgum on and he only had one bite. I am having a hard time finding things he will eat. What to do what to do? Cindy mom of Gavin 3 > Hi , > Could be corn? or, make sure they are the gluten free ones. Guest guest
One other suggestion, if they are the Apple Cinnamon kind, some children get hyper from apples. > Hi , > Could be corn? or, make sure they are the gluten free ones. Guest guest
Someone may have already replied to this but perhaps you purchased the vans waffles which are not gluten/casein free....make sure it says so on the front of the package...and as you probably know...wheat free does not mean gluten free.
