Guest guest
Your child is 5. It takes longer for the diet to work on some and sometimes the changes are so little that you wont notice the good till they slip up. I hear you should give it an entire year. If you have nothing after a year then go off. It will take your child longer to get the peptides out of his system cause he is older. Guest guest
.. So you gave him his MMR booster separated? By how many months? We waited 4 months in between the shots Did you supplement with vit A during this time? We didn't supplement with anything except I did give him extra OJ...if that counts. Did you see any regression or a plateu in his progress after? There was no regression or plateau.........as a matter of fact you never would have known that he got the shots......he didn't even get puffed up or fevered or anything. Thanks Judy
Guest guest
Judy, I strongly urge to give it at least one year. Especially since your child is older. I would also strongly recommend keeping a food diary. Keep track of what the child eats to the letter. Also keep track of your child's disposition day in and day out. Later you can correlate your results. Look for a common denominator such as corn for example. Our child was not yet 3 when we started and it has been about a year now and we are totally sold on the diet.
