Give grits a try. It cooks up white and gloppy. It's just ground up

corn - delicious with salt and pepper and margarine or a little bacon

fat for flavor. My husband likes it with honey.

Quinoa (An ancient grain) flakes are gf and almost never allergenic for

sensitive individuals, even for those who have problems with a variety of

foods. Nice tasting - mild flavour. Makes a yummy hot cereal. We love quinoa

pastas - rice and corn pasta do not compare.
