Guest guest
Hi all, been off-line for a while. EXCELLENT seminar in Pontiac Michigan week end before last-Biological Treatments for Autism with Andy Wakefield, Shattock, Cave, , Jon Pangborn. Daughter sick with croup requiring ER visit last week and preparing for garage sale and moving in near future. What a blur...Anyway, our son has MANY food intolerances and tested out at 3 and 4 (ELISA) for most legumes/beans-green, yellow wax, pinto, kidney bean, lima bean, soybean, peanuts (also a legume). On the 4-day rotation diet food plan it lists lentil and mung bean as safe. I have never heard of mung bean-anyone out there use it? I would love to have something I could use for chili and baked beans. Also, Navy beans and Great Northern beans were not mentioned on his test anywhere but suppose I should steer clear? I have been. Anyone in the same boat? Rosie
