Really, Cindy, go for it! We did very little to prepare...just went for it.

was diagnosed on March 15th and we started the diet on March

18th...the day I finished reading Karyn Seroussi's book. We went cold

turkey! And we really haven't looked back. I view me giving her gluten or

casein as giving her hard drugs! We'll be here for you! Hugs, H
