Carmen-

When I was 5 or 6 months months old, I had an EEG done because the

doctors thought I had hydrocephelus (remember, we didn't know I had

RSS until I was 15, so I was " a little baby with a big head and no

one knows why " for a LONG time). I don't know how they do it

nowadays, but to complete the test in the summer of 1966, they

shaved some of the hair off the front of my head. This just

accentuated my high forehead. Until my hair grew back in, my

father's nickname for me was " enstein. " <G>

He didn't tell me this until I was old enough to appreciate that he

said it with love <G>.
