Guest guest
Try a stor ebought rice bread first and put alot of GFCF margerine on it. May be even a little cinnimon and sugar. But for Goodness sake, try the store bought bread first. It lasts longer, thinner slices and worth the 3.60 a loaf. > We are on day 3 of the GFCF diet and so far, so good, with one little > problem: my daughter doesn't like the bread! Guest guest
Try Food for Life Brown Rice Bread with fruit juice added. They have it at larger Kroger stores and some health food stores. It is the only kind my son will eat. > > We are on day 3 of the GFCF diet and so far, so good, with one > little > > problem: my daughter doesn't like the bread! Guest guest
I'm kind of late responding to this, but you can order breads from Kinnikinnick foods www.kinnikinnick.com. They have quite a variety of gfcf breads; and I ordered a couple of loaves of just about every gfcf kind and are now going through them. Admitedly expensive, but worth it if baking and slicing or uniform texture are issues for you. The textures and tastes are definitely different than your usual store-bought breads, but with that variety you are more likely to find something that is liked by your daughter.
