Guest guest
I never thought about double frying...Does it keep them crunchier longer? Mine go down two seconds after I have taken them out of the oil. They're very good and all, but we'd like to have them like the ready ones that are sooooo crunchy!! I fry in a regular frying pan not frydaddy; does it make a difference? Thanks, Cristina-WA
Guest guest
We used to pan fry but they were always limp... My children love it when I cut them with a special cutter to get a great shape, put them in a ziploc with a little olive oil and seasoning of choice, we use a little salt and garlic powder squish them around (theyr'e favorite part) pour on a greased cookie sheet, bake at 375, turn halfway through, they come out soo crunchy Lynn Koetz tlch4@...
