Hi ,

I know you have your hands full with those sweetie babies right now, but

yours is the first name that came to my mind as a person that would probably

know the answer to this. So lend us just a minute, as Barb will be so

relieved to have a trusted source on this one. It becomes so difficult to

know who to trust that first year with Graves' as you and certainly know.

Thanks a whole bunch !

who feels gray hair setting in as I realize how long we have been here...

and you much longer, but still a spring chick in my world.

-- Elaine - MRI of Cervical Spine?

Hi Elaine,

My daughter has been directed by a pediatric

neurologist to have an MRI of her cervical spine. His

thought is that something may be wrong within her neck

that would cause some strange hand symptoms she's

having.

Since I have Graves', is there any reason that my

daughter should not have an MRI of the cervical spine?

She had not been diagnosed with any thyroid problems

at this time, and was tested two weeks ago. Thyroid

levels were within normal limits, with FT4 being low

normal and FT3 in the higher normal range.

What are your thoughts on this?

As always, thank you so very much!

Barb
