Guest guest Posted May 22, 2001 Report Share Posted May 22, 2001 This was posted a couple weeks ago by Jay at miss robens, I amde it to night with a couple changes and it was excellent. 1/2 cup gf/cf margerine 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg, 3 overripe bannanas 1 tsp gf/cf vannilla,1 cup rice flour, 1 cup sorgum flour 1 TBsp gf baking powder,1 cup nuts chopped. cream marg and sugar, beat in egg, bannana and flavoring. blend in remaining dry ingredients and nuts for one minute, pour into 5 by 9 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 for one hour.
