Guest guest
We did the peptide test and our results were extremely high and he is not on any gluten or casein. We did the test while on the diet for over a year. Our paper said the test would not be accurate if he was on enzymeaide or serenaide which he is on. It also said it would not be accurate if the person was consuming a lot of soy products. If this is so, why did the doctor order the test in the first place if she knew we were on these products. Does anyone know how reliable the test is while on the enzyme products? TX
