FWIW, about a year ago, I was on that list and saw a posting from someone who said something like, " Hi, I was just diagnosed with Graves and my doctor says I should have RAI. Should I? " I posted back that she should stop and research all of her treatment options and consider whether she wanted to try ATD's first - nothing shrill. My post was removed from the board in a matter of hours. I suspect that that board routinely removes cautionary or negative comments about RAI. -Jill
