Guest guest
Hi , I think DariFree has a tremendous shelf life as a powder, if you keep it in a airtight container. I usually have a lot on my shelf at any time for breadmaking, other recipes and for drinking and I just keep in in a good Tupperware container and it is fine. I have had some on my shelf for about 6-8 months now. You might place a call to Vance's - Abersold Foods if you are uncertain about it. Even call Miss Roben's - they would know. Guest guest
, I froze part of mine and kept out a large Tupperware canister for part of it. Freezing did not hurt it at all. I bought the large bag on line. It keeps with no problem. Betty
