We are only on Day 13 of the diet, and are also off eggs, corn, soy, sugar, peanuts, citrus, yeast, caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, peas, artificial colors & flavors, preservatives. My son is just getting by on bananas (lots of them), watered down apple juice (not really going for any milk subs), potato flyers, steak, french fries, raw baby carrots, rice sticks, nut butterballs, raisins, apples, cantelope, watermelon, and sheltons & applegate farms hot dogs. I know those are a lot of phenols, but this is all he eats. There's not a lot left to choose from! Is anyone else in the first 30 day elimination phase of the new DAN! protocol, or have you lived to tell about it? I am mostly lurking here, but thought I'd check to see if anyone else was in the same boat or had any suggestions. Thanks in advance! ~, Mom to 3y5m Mild ASD, and 1y5m (who thankfully eats all these awful creations Mommy makes for his big brother who won't even touch them!!)
