Guest guest
and Katy here from MAGIC. We are happy to report that we have just received confirmation from a group we invited to the convention. We will be running " Sibling Workships " at next summer's MAGIC convention. These workshops are put on by SibShop, a national group trained in helping siblings of chronically ill children. They run play workshops. Our workships will be on Saturday morning of the convention, and will be for siblings 7 years and up. Preregistration will be required, and space will be limited. No final presentation schedule will be out for another month or longer, but we'll keep you posted. We are VERY excited about this, as some of you know Jen's family has had sibling issues with 's brother. We have learned painfully the hard way. Guest guest
and Katy, What a great thing to have for the convention! I had no idea that something like that even existed. I guess if you look hard enough, you can find someone to address just about anything these days. Good for you all for doing the research and getting them to commit. I would love for Jenna to come to the convention with us. I think she is too old to go to the sibling sessions, but she would be great around the pool, helping the kids and even helping at the pool party. She loves kids. And she was such a help at our gathering. She still talks about , Jordan and wanting to stay outside for so long. She may have her problems to deal with right now, but she truly loves the RSS kids and has a great time with them. Jodi Z

Guest guest
What a wonderful idea. Thank you so much! I don't think that my big kids have issues with the twins or Coby's issues, but I don't want to wake up one morning and realize that they do either. As always, looking foward to the convention. le, mom to: Shye, Brock, Coby and Carlee > > and Katy here from MAGIC. > > We are happy to report that we have just received confirmation from > a group we invited to the convention.
