Guest guest Posted July 29, 2003 Report Share Posted July 29, 2003 Sorry about the 2 blank emails everybody, my pinkie kept hitting the wrong key. :-) As usual, you are a fount of information Pam and I thank you. :-) Guess I'll just continue to use my stevia as the add in of choice for drinks and yogurt and such. I like how you said you balance out your extra intake of iodine from yogurt and such from eating extra goitrogens. I need to print out a reference list for those handy dandy little foods that I can carry around so that I can try to balance out my diet better myself. It's been a bit tricky, as my dentist was having me avoid foods that were crunchy and hard to chew, to try to damp down my tinnitus. That has been a wee bit better these last few days and God willing, will continue to fade so I can eat those crunchy foods that are good for me.
