Katy!!

I SO understand what you're saying about running on and on, and then, seeing

the glazed look in the recipient's eyes??? It is SO hard to condense

everything that I've learned into a short, cohesive explanation!! For me it

is helpful when others ask questions because then I have a starting place

for explaining what I've learned. I can't wait for the videos/dvds to become

available.

It was SO wonderful to see you looking so healthy and hale!!
