Guest guest
wedid not spend money ont he test. There is no test according to our doc that will show the mercury. Sometimes they will but it's a shot in the dark kinda thing. All kids that were vaccintated have mercury but we got all the ingrediants of the shots my son had and then it told us how much mercury he got so that right there is enough to chelate. Guest guest
Don't know about Pfeiffer, but most labs require a doctor's order. I'm told by a couple of local doctors that it's easy to get an order & insurance coverage for the blood test because of concerns about lead poisoning, but mention mercury and people look at you like you're an alien. The hair analysis seems to be the preferred test, but reading the results isn't straightforward. High mercury levels can cause a distinctive pattern in the results of other metal levels which is more revealing than the actual test result for mercury. There is an explanation about testing problems and interpretations at autism-mercury in the files section. The group can help with finding a knowledgeable doctor, or making you knowledgeable enof to work with a doctor who isn't. Also, there is a lab that will work with you to get the necessary doctor's orders. Mercury is a tricky issue. Many people chelate first, test later, because accurate results are hard to come by if the mercury has been in the tissues for any length of time. > > Pfeiffer / Great Smokey Labs > > Which way to go with testing?
