Question about tests to be done

Hi, all,

I just got a " test requisition form " for me to take to the lab with me from

my soon-to-be new endo (recommended by Iannuzzi, thanks!).

I was on PTU for Graves, then my immune system flip-flopped, and I went into

remission for Graves (while getting a couple of other things back). I now

feel mildly-moderately hypo. I want to get tested - hormones and antibodies.

What I see marked on the form is the following:

Antithyroid Antibodies (TPO & TG)

T4, T3U

T3 RIA

TSH - highly senseitive

On the antibodies, I want to be sure I'm getting tested for everything

relevant. Am I?

Am I getting tested here for FT4 and FT3, or for totals?
