If not, you can always make your plain white rice taste yummy-

*use homemade chicken or turkey broth to cook the rice in instead of

water or

*grate part of a frozen onion up, it'll be mushy the stuff that is

grated (thats what you want) and add garlic and grate part of a frozen

pepper up and mix all together with S & P . Add this into the rice as its

cooking. You can add a dab of tomato sauce too

*grate an Applegate hot dog into the rice as it cooks, great for

flavoring

*dice up real little pieces of scrambled egg into the rice

Be creative, and this way you know what is in the rice.

Also you can add margarine, Mrs. Dash and salt to plain rice.
