Guest guest
, at the moment, my son's diet is limited and it rotates every other day. We started that whole elimination thing back in March. We haven't been able to add hardly anything in but have ruled out about 50 things that he just can't tolerate for one reason or another. Day 1 Day 2 breakfast: hot rice cereal with pears buckwheat cereal with pears lunch: lamb, potaoes, green beans lunch: turkey, chick peas, spinach dinner: chicken, spinach, lintel beans dinner: chicken, parsnips, green beans and whole flax seeds and whole flax seeds It not that appetizing, I'll agree, but since he's not on solid foods at all (it has to be like a gerber stage three consistancy for him to tolerate it) I spend two days out of every two weeks cooking fof him and then pureeing it all and putting it in little containers and freezing it. THen I can just pull out the two or three things I want and defrost it and dinner is served, so to speak. That way I have the energy and time to cook for my other child who is on a more basic, less limited GFCF diet and responding beautifully. My son drinks only pear juice and water. He's also recieving Culturelle, calcium and vitamin supplements. Donna in Kingwood, Tx

Guest guest
<I would love to see some of your daily menus for your children.> , Here's what (3 1/2 asd) ate yesterday: Breakfast: 8 oz fresh squeezed lemon-aid with Liquid Health Multi-Vitamin 2 cfgf pancakes w/Willow Run marg. 3/4 cup fresh cantaloupe Lunch: Kahn's brand hot dog, plain (boiled) 2 Tbsp. canned corn with Willow Run marg. and salt 1 1/2 big strawberries w/sugar 1 slice Ener G brand Tapioca loaf, toasted with Willow Run marg. 4 oz water Dinner: 1 bite Hillshire Farms brand smoked sausage (grilled) 1 cup cfgf mac-n-cheese (from Special Diets for Special Kids) 1/4 cup canned green beans w/Willow Run marg. and salt. Snack at school: 1 Banana Bedtime snack: 8 oz fresh squeezed lemon-aid w/clonidine Hope this helps. The hardest thing for us to get down is meat. He'll usually eat hot dogs, smoked sausage, (same thing really), chicken breast and occasionally hamburger. That's about it. This is basically what we keep daily for his food diary. Boston market has no idea about GFCF (the workers) and use contaminated utensils. Watch them one day (as if you have all this spare time to spy)!!!!! But you can ask a worker- they'll look and say " DUH? " in New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
