Guest guest
<Why do I feel that this diet is going to take ALOT more time then just pulling out a bag of chicken nuggets from the freezer and making them??> Cindy, Actually, when you make these, make a bunch and freeze. Then pull them out and nuke them for lunches or whatever. It's really not that hard. Pat
Guest guest
Kahn's wieners are cfgf. Also Mc's french fries are cfgf. I am lucky enough to be able to buy french fries from McD's(my sister manages several stores). We keep them in the freezer and pop them in the deep fryer (we use canola; never had a problem) as needed. Kids love them. Don't know what we'd do without those two items. Cfgf mac-n-cheese recipe from book is a hit too. It seems kind of gross to me but I think kids are genetically programmed to eat mac-n-cheese. We also make this one up ahead. Like I said Cindy this is a lifestyle change. You may not be able to nuke frozen foods from the grocery store to feed your child, but there are many things you can make ahead and freeze, then nuke as needed.
