Guest guest
My son is very sensitive to food textures, too. Nothing sticky or thick - they make him gag. That rules out mashed potatoes and most homemade GF baked goods. And nothing in small pieces - he seems to hate that they go all over in his mouth, so rice is out. He will eat fruits and vegetable, so I'm lucky there. For carbs, I second the vote on Lays and French fries. We also give Fritos and Bearitos organic white corn chips, and he'll eat the rice bread from the frozen section of the HFS if it's well toasted. I try to limit the chip-y things since his Fatty Acid profile showed high trans-fatty acids, so now we're going through 2-3 loaves of the rice bread per week.
