Hi Kim-

Something of an observation --> I wouldn't tan last summer- mostly just burn.

Yes- heart pounded and I'd heat up quickly. Plus- I was showing signs of

liver spots. My Grave's was undiagnosed last summer. This winter I started

taking

vit D and found I tan beautifully this year- no burning and I'm able to take

the heat better.

" They " say vit D is processed in the skin from sunlight. I'm wondering if my

Grave's had something to do with this. Elaine has mentioned a dairy connection

in the past and I thought I was getting all my vit D from milk . . only to

find out milk doesn't provide D or calcium I need. I also take a high protein

mix, multi and liver (milk thistle) stuff. . . and I'm down (from 20mgs tap a

day) to 5 mgs tap a day.

Elaine? Any thoughts?

Sherry
