Hi - its me again the typing ad lady for Miss Robens!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I see she has it in her catalog. I buy mine at the HFS for less,

but for thoses that can't find it, Miss Robens is the way to go.

Featherweight is a CORN FREE, low sodium baking powder with a shelf life

of 1 year (I'm copying this from the catalog- I am not a cooking

guru!!!!)

In book this is what it says about baking powder -- " Baking

powder should be gluten free. Some brands such as Featherweight, are

specified gluten free, but others (E.g. Rumford) specify corn starch and

are also acceptable if corn is tolerated. "

BYe for now-

Thanks for all your support ;-} !! As states the only

difference between featherweight baking powder and the regular kinds is it

is low-sodium and corn free. You can use whatever you have that is ok for

you. If needed, you can omit any added salt in the recipe.
