I was reading an old (1996) newsletter from the American Celiac Society. A

brief article mentioned that Cavanagh Company of R.I. was producing and

distributing a Gluten-Free Communion Wafer throughout the U.S. The newsletter

suggested contacting your local clergy to see if you may be granted

permission to use this wafer. The fax number for Cavanagh Company was also

given as . (Remember, this is a five-year-old article).
