Guest guest
Hi Meribeth, Yes, has been on every reflux med I know about....except for Nexium. When we went to see Dr. H, she took him of the Prevacid and put him on Prilosec. When we saw her, actually he was on Prevacid in the am and Zantac at night. I am not real sure why she changed it, but she did. So, since last October, he has been on Prilosec. We also have this compounded so that we can give it via g tube. I haven't heard a response from Dr. H regarding this situation, and I have sent her two emails. I realize she is busy, but I just keep hoping I will see a reply from her soon. If she does say to go ahead with the Nissen, I WOULD feel more comfortanle with Dr. Spigland doing it. I think that her experience will only increase his chances for success, being that they have somewhat perfected it for our kids. Thanks for your response and I will keep you informed on what happens. Email me if you get a chance! Jodi R. > --- Jodi, > > Sorry to hear the GJ tube did not resolve this issue. Just noticed > that is only on Prilosec, have you tried Prevacid?
