Guest guest
Has anyone had any luck modifying a sourdough starter recipe? I have a book called Alaskan Sourdough Cooking, and there are some great recipes here, but I was wondering if anyone had ever tried subbing for the wheat flour and what with. How are the finished results? ===== Visit www.open-invitation.net/andrea to shop the newest product line from House of Lloyd! __________________________________________________
Guest guest
I just found a recipe for a GFCF sourdough starter on the RedStar yeast website: http://www.redstaryeast.net/celiacindex.htm. There are also some recipes for the sourdough bread. One of them has ricotta cheese in it, but they say that tofu can be substituted (that way it can be GFCF) - in Ohio > Has anyone had any luck modifying a sourdough starter > recipe?
