Hi ,

My daughter goes through the hospital system they have a endocrine team.

The first doctor said NO to RAI and had very good reasons why not to chose this

even if my daughter was older these reasons were good enough not to want it at

any age.

The second was the specialist he also said Drugs then surgery that scared me

just as much

I must say I am just praying for remission in 2 years.

Third doctor was all for RAI.

My GP just said no one can force you to do anything which I thought was good

advice. I can take in what everyone has to say but only have to chose the one I

want. It actually made me stand back and think about it abit more.

The sad thing I have found about this disease is I don't like any of the options

except remission and the 1 thing I find even harder is I may have to make a

choice for my daughter and it maybe one she later hates because we made it for

her.
