Off topic, time managment question

To the working moms out there, how are you managing your time? I work

40 + hours a week, do in home therapy three times a week, have our

own floortime thing going in the evenings too. I cant find time for

housework except after he is in bed and by then I am ready to drop

too. I ask because I must have a very clean house from now on, the

landlord came over and was very displeased with the dust on the

ceiling fan{ least of my worrys } but apparently first on his list. I

have now spent 12 hours deep cleaning the house{and cussing the

landlord} LOL, but in order to keep it that way I need some time

managment advice. Thanks to anyone who responds. Lis aF
