Guest guest
Have you been able to follow the conversation OK ? Did you see my question to Elain on your behalf ? This is her reply on the list... though you need to see my question to have it make the most sense. If you are new to a list such as this, I can point you in the right direction. Follow the thread TED , which you started, no matter what we have added to the subject line in addition to your TED. You need only reply once, and we all get the message. Multiple replies are acceptable if each in completely different though. ( gosh, I am having trouble with wording this morning ~ grin~ ) Here is Elaine's reply for YOU. ( She is our resident expert - Big Gun - ) __________________________________________________ Hi Pam. Yes, Cytomel is the synthetic T3 that many people here take. And yes, even though the one thyroid antibody test was only slightly elevated, that is significant. It would also be helpful to run other thyroid antibody tests, like TBII or TSH receptor antibodies and an anti-TPO test. Hope we both get caught up, Elaine
